We’ll use Fear Free techniques to build trust with treats, gentle handling, and plenty of patience—so their first groom feels like a celebration, not stress. What’s Included: - Trailer Tour: Sniff, explore, and claim the space as their own. - Treat-Fueled Bonding: Peanut butter lick mats, calming sprays, and happy vibes. - Mini "Practice" Groom: Light brushing or nail touches (if they’re comfortable). - Personalized Calm Plan: Tailored tips for future grooms. - Takeaway Goodie Bag: Sample paw balm + dental treat. ✨ Upgrade Your Visit: +$15 Pawdicure Tester (nail grind + balm) +$10 Scent Introduction (lavender coconut waterless shampoo bath) Note: $10 deposit required – applied to your pup’s first full groom!
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you through emergencies or sickness. No-shows or day-of cancellations will forfeit their Booking Deposit and be charged 50% of the services booked. Booking Deposit counts towards balance owed at time of service.
